Following a two-year collaborative effort to study the potential for simulation in nursing education, The Blue Foundation for a Healthy Florida and the Florida Center for Nursing hosted a think tank to promote simulation, collaboration, and sustainable solutions. This event brought together academic, industry, and policy leaders from across the state to address Florida's nursing shortage through innovative uses of simulation. The agenda featured both state and national experts working to achieve consensus on recommendations from attendees throughout the two-day sessions.
