This two-year project has as its goal to maximize the use of simulation technology in the preparation of new and continuing education of current Registered Nurses in Florida thus addressing the nursing shortage by increasing the nurse supply through increased production and retention. The Project Team includes Florida Center for Nursing staff, UCF College of Nursing faculty, and The Blue Foundation for a Healthy Florida. An Advisory Panel providing expertise and promoting collaboration throughout the state has as its members:
