The Florida Center for Nursing believes that an approach to resolve the nursing shortage in our state is to address issues in the nurse education system resulting in maximum student capacity. This includes removing barriers to expansion such as faculty shortages and limited clinical capacity as well as assuring optimal graduation rates and successful NCLEX pass rates.
