Mary Lou Brunell, MSN, RN - Executive Director
Mary Lou was appointed to the position of Executive Director in November 2002 after having served as the inaugural chair of the Center's Board of Directors. She completed her graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania and has worked as a critical care nurse, administrator, and educator. Mary Lou's professional activities are extensive including two terms as President of the Florida Nurses Association. She currently serves as Interim Chair on the Board of Directors for Workforce Florida, Incorporated - the State's public/private enterprise that oversees and monitors the administration of the state's workforce policy, programs and services. Mary Lou is an appointee to the National Advisory Council for Nurse Practice and Education which advises the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Congress on policy issues related to the Title VIII program administration, including nurse workforce supply, education and practice improvement.

Michelle Yore, MSPH - Assistant Director: Research
Michelle has a Master's Degree in Public Health, with an emphasis in Epidemiology. She has been working in public health research since 1996, and has worked in the areas of military health, physical activity, obesity, and diversity. Michelle has an extensive background in data management, statistical analysis, and writing for peer-reviewed publications. She has been with the FCN since 2008, and is responsible for research project development and implementation, data analysis, and report writing.

Debbie Daly - Office Manager
Debbie has worked at UCF as an accountant and administrative assistant since 2006. Prior to working at UCF, she managed a franchise tax office for 5 years where she utilized her knowledge in bookkeeping, records management, payroll, budget management, organizational, planning and communication skills.

Angie Ross (Not Pictured)
Angie now works full-time as Vice-President of Programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida. However, she wanted to maintain a connection with the Center and helps to manage our external communications and special project support. Angie earned a Master of Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College.
